Breakthrough Men's community

Breakthrough Men's Community offers both online and in-person workshops where men come together in small cohorts to learn practical skills, develop emotional awareness, and build meaningful connections. Each cohort works together over a six-month period, creating a supportive environment where participants practice new ways of relating to themselves and others. Through guided exercises, group dialogue, and structured learning, men gain tools that help them communicate more effectively, understand their emotional landscape, and take greater responsibility for their lives and relationships. The program emphasizes community, accountability, and the development of practical resources that men can continue to use long after the workshop ends. For more than 38 years, Breakthrough has supported men in moving beyond limiting conditioning and habitual patterns, helping them step into a more conscious, authentic, and fully engaged way of living. The work is grounded in the belief that when men develop emotional intelligence and relational awareness, the positive impact extends to their families, partnerships, workplaces, and communities.
