No account, no charge, a few minutes. A steward reads every submission against the published standard before it goes live, usually within a few days. If something needs changing, they'll email you rather than reject it outright.

Spam protection is not configured. Set PUBLIC_TURNSTILE_SITE_KEY and TURNSTILE_SECRET_KEY. Submissions are rejected until both are set.
